CheckBAC is the flagship solution from Driven by Safety™, a technology company with offices in Atlanta and Los Angeles. Our mission is to deliver the promise of “Shared Safety” to communities, businesses, and organizations through mobile applications – and save lives.

Driven by Safety was founded by Rodney Stearns – a veteran and former first responder who witnessed the realities of alcohol abuse firsthand, answering calls to countless alcohol-related accidents over the course of his career. He also saw the explicit dangers of texting while driving and has worked tirelessly to develop simple, phone-based applications to help shift driver behavior and combat this growing issue.

Rodney’s commitment to making our roads safer has been unwavering and inspired the development of the CheckBAC solution.
